As you can see from the above,this is the name card that i have scan from my dad,whose name is Uncle Jerry Sow Kok Koon or Mr Jerry KKS,the Director of Restaurant Mungo Jerry Bak Kut Teh.There's two branches at that time.One is at Jalan Raja Laut and another was at Jalan Imbi.
As i know,the restaurant started in the year of 1978 and my dad was only 21 years old.

Mungo Jerry was originally from Klang.As you can see,it was started from a very small stall in Klang.This picture taken when my dad was in his teenage year,unfortunately,there's no date on it.But i was told that my dad started this business when he was only 18 years old if not mistaken.

As you can see from the stall,there's a small sign board written Mungo Jerry Bak Kut Teh.The lady beside the stall was my late Grandmother.

Slowly,Mungo Jerry Restaurant's business started to grow and they decided to develope further in KL city.The first outlet was Jalan Imbi.Mungo Jerry became so famous until some of the famous actor in Hong Kong came to visit and experience the Mungo Jerry's Bak Kut Teh.
